(01) The problem
The problem
Rezaid Film Manager is a project management platform for film production. It had been built and was in testing, but the product needed a clear architecture to grow on, and its website did not explain to filmmakers why they should use it.

The plan
As Solutions Architect at Rezaid Global I own the system design and the roadmap, and I still write code. The website was rebuilt to do the convincing on its own, since there were no reviews or user base yet.

- 02A product website with a homepage, a features overview and a sign-up flow written for cold traffic.
- 03UI design for key product screens, used on the site and in early investor conversations.
- 04A scoped and documented AI support chatbot for the platform.

The outcome
- 247 beta sign-ups in the first six weeks after launch.
- 31% of those sign-ups completed onboarding.
- Brand and UI assets reused directly in the first investor deck.
