Case 06 / 08 · Health & performance · Jas Mathur
LimitlessX
I led the web team behind a performance brand, then built its founder's personal site.
- Team lead
- Landing pages
- Personal brand

(01) The problem
The problem
LimitlessX ran high-volume paid traffic into its landing pages, so every release had to be fast and safe. Its founder, Jas Mathur, also needed a personal site that matched his profile as an entrepreneur and sports executive.
(02) The plan
The plan
Lead the developers while still coding, and put a process around releases. Later, give Jas one cinematic page that tells his story and links his ventures.
(03) What I built
What I built
- 01Led a team of developers on WordPress and Shopify builds while coding hands-on.
- 02Introduced version control, code review and continuous integration, which cut release errors.
- 03Ran performance reviews and set training plans for the team.
- 04jasmathur.com, a personal brand site with his story, ventures, press and mastery programs.
Stack · WordPress · Shopify · Git and CI
(04) The outcome
The outcome
- Fewer release errors once code review and CI were in place.
- A founder site that links every venture from one page.
